Nigerian hip-hop artist Emeka Akumefule, widely known as Blaqbonez, has declared his abstinence from both alcohol and smoking. He steers clear of these habits, deeming them as associated with “undesirable individuals.” In contrast to many of his peers, Blaqbonez steadfastly refrains from partaking in drinking or smoking, resolutely maintaining his stance on those who indulge in such behaviors.
Via his X handle, previously known as Twitter, Blaqbonez expressed, “I believe drinking and smoking are activities for those with negative inclinations. I will consistently stand by my decision, unlike most artists – no drinking or smoking.”
