VIDEO: Suspended Lagos FA chair, Fouad Oki, slaps deputy during heated argument

Fouad Oki, the suspended chairman of the Lagos State Football Association, slapped his deputy, Olawale Gafar, during a heated argument.

Fouad Oki, a former vice chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, was removed as the chairman of the Lagos State Football Association by a vote of 5-4.

Oki’s removal took place during a boardroom room vote at the Lagos FA secretariat on Ogunlana drive in Surulere.

But Oki appears not to have accepted his fate. During a heated argument, he slapped his Vice Chairman, Olawale Gaffar, after the voting process that ousted him from office.

It was gathered that even a television cameraman who tried to get the shots of the slap on tape was not spared as the ousted chairman punched the camera lense.

Among the grounds for the removal of Fouad Oki was that he violated the NFF statues by not attending the NFF Congress with no excuse and without the knowledge of the LSFA Board.

Oki was also alleged to have changed the association’s logo without approval of the board and the congress.
