An awkward moment of a House of Representatives member has got netizens talking.
A yet to be identified lawmaker was seen during a plenary struggling to move a motion. He could not make the presentation despite help from the presiding officer, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas.
In a video shared by TVC via its Youtube channel, the lawmaker was seen struggling to conclude the motion he earlier presented. He was however, corrected by the Speaker, before he could successfully move the motion.
The awkward moment has elicited tons of reactions from netizens.
