Tinubu will Fufil his promises to Nigerians….Hamzat.
The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat says he is confident that the President Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will live up to his promises to reposition the different sectors of the economy for better performance.
Dr. Hamzat said this at a special prayer session held at the Secretariat Community Central Mosque, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos to thank God for the life of president elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as he marks his seventy one birthday.
Dr. Hamzat who represented the president elect at the prayer programme said he was confident that with the wealth of experience Asiwaju Tinubu had gathered in the sphere of governance over the years, he had the capacity to better the lot of Nigeria and Nigerians.
He said although repositioning the nation for the best could be quite challenging, he was confident that with the cooperation of the people and relevant authorities, the president elect and his team had the capacity to confront the challenges and record great success in every sector when sworn into office.
He however, appealed to Nigerians to continue to pray for the nation and the political leaders at all levels to do the right thing at the right time so as to address various forms of hardship evident in the country.
In a sermon, the National Missioner, Ansar- Ud- Deen Society of Nigeria, Sheik Abdur-Rahman Ahmad said that it was high time government at all levels should come up with laudable starategies that could ameliorate the sufferings of the people.
He said that Nigeria is blessed with adequate resources capable.of making life comfortable for the people if they were well managed.
He however, appealed to all Nigerians to support the president elect, Asiwaju Tinubu in delivering his laudable mandate when sworn in as the president of the country.
Prayers were later offered for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, President Buhari and the nation in general.
