Security chiefs have been holding meetings with all the gladiators in the royal battle taking place in Kano.
On one side is the state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf and his ally, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. The two men are a team in this royal war with Abdullahi Ganduje who is exploiting his contacts in the presidency to return Aminu Bayero to the place.
Bayero is relying on a court order that halted his removal and the reinstatement of Sanusi. He earlier today said justice will prevail.
Political analyst, Mahdi Shehu said he foresees the deployment of federal powers to forcefully evict Sanusi out of the royal palace and the return of Aminu Ado Bayero back into the royal residence he was evicted from.
