President Bola Tinubu has recently reaffirmed his commitment to combatting crude oil theft in Nigeria and has been actively engaging with key figures from the region. These engagements include meetings with Chief Timi Alaibe, the former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), as well as Dr. Dakuku Peterside, the former Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
