The candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Saturday’s governorship election in Ondo State, Agboola Ajayi has voted at Apoi Ward II, Unit 004, Kiribo.
Agboola arrived at his polling unit located in Ese Odo Local Government Area of the state around 10:36am with wife to cast his vote.
The former Deputy Governor clad in a blue caftan was warmly received at the polling unit amid cheers by his teeming supporters.
Agboola who addressed journalist shortly after casting his vote, said the exercise has been compromised.
According to the PDP candidate, it took him 10 minutes to get accredited with the BVAS machine, which many others would not endure.
He said the situation is the same across many of the areas considered to be his strongholds. He blamed the Resident Electoral Commissioner for the situation, claiming she has a vested interest in the election.
