Nigerian woman arrested in Libya over alleged sorcery objects

A Nigerian national has been arrested in Libya for alleged possession of sorcery paraphernalia.

Migrant Rescue Watch disclosed this in a short statement on Saturday, January 11, 2025.

“Tamsan Police Dept. arrested in Barqan Al-Shati a person ‘M.A.’ of Nigerian nationality for possession of sorcery paraphernalia. The case was referred to public prosecution for legal action,” the statement read.
