A National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate belonging to Bola Adekunle Tinubu, has thrown up more questions than answers about the Nigerian President.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who has been imputing identity theft against the president, had revealed through his lawyer, Kalu Kalu, that the NYSC discharge certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC to aid his election, bears the name ‘Adekunle’ and not Ahmed.
Earlier, Chicago State University where Tinubu said he graduated with honors, denied issuing him the diploma certificate he presented to INEC. It however confirmed that transcripts in the institution showed Bola A Tinubu graduated from the institution.
The NYSC discharge certificate that surfaced online, showed Tinubu served between November 1982 and November 1983.
Based on the NYSC number, OY/FORN/82/9106, Tinubu served in Oyo State. But where exactly in Oyo? Why is the name on the discharge certificate bearing Bola Adekunle Tinubu and not Bola Ahmed Tinubu? At what point did Adekunle change to Ahmed? All the questions have dominated discourse on social media.

@ChijiokeIke3 said: “Everyday New Evidence Comes to light Who truly is This Man Called Bola Ahmed Tinubu??? In South West College He is Female. In NYSC His middle Name is Adekunle. Let not even talk about the Multiple Dates of Births and Nationalities. What Next will we find as we piece this puzzle together???”
