After the deceased singer fell out with him, Naira Marley was said to have bullied him. Naira Marley was said to have intimidated the late singer to the point of death.
Mohbad had petitioned the Nigerian Police Force to save him from his former label boss and his associate after he was allegedly bullied while filming a video with Zlatan Ibile.

The police, on the other hand, acted quickly and exhumed the singer’s body for an autopsy.
