Lagos Gov. Sanwo-Olu Re-Elected
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the governorship election in Lagos State.
The governor polled 762, 134 votes to be re-elected, while the candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour scored 312, 329 votes to come second.
The State Returning Officer, Professor Adenike Oladiji announced the result at the state collation center in Yaba.
