Movie producer, Adanma Luke, has opened up on the fatal boat accident that claimed the life of star actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo and four others.
The movie producer said she was warned by Junior Pope on the day of the fatal accident that TC Virus, one of the actors in the movie, had threatened to disrupt the production.
She made the disclosure in an Instagram post where she also quoted her production manager, one Emeka, who said TC Virus was the person who blocked the vision of the boat rider when he stood up during the ride.
She said Junior Pope had called her on the phone to enquire what was the issue with TC Virus because he was threatening to disrupt her production.
According to Adanma Luke, the same TC Virus had caused trouble during one of her movie productions in 2021 where he accused the then director of the movie of not being a member of Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN), which she said was not true.
TC Virus had earlier denied the charge that he was responsible for the boat accident.
He made the denial during an Instagram live.
He said: “Adanma Luke asked the Marine police to arrest me because the boat operator was lying that I stood up during the trip so he could not see the oncoming boat.
“As slim as I am, I stood in front of the boat and you can’t see, are you okay? You who’s a pilot.”
Adanma Luke also said in the Instagram post that Junior was given a life-jacket which he rejected because it was dirty.
