Hunter finds Thousands of PVC in Anambra bush
Thousands of Uncollected Permanent Voter Cards, PVC, have been found in a bush by a hunter in Nnewi , Anambra state.
The PVCs were parked in a travel bag concealed in big rubber bucket and dumped in the bush at Akammili Umudim, Nnewi North local government area.
The hunter who brought the uncollected hidden cards to a private Radio station, Authority FM, Nnewi said he went hunting when he discovered the bucket containing the Permanent Voter cards in the bush.
The State Police Public Relations Officer , DSP Tochukwu Ikenga said though the command was yet to receive any official report about the viral video, the Commissioner of Police ,Echeng Echeng had ordered investigation into the matter to uncover the source of the Permanent Voter Cards.
The PVCs which were said to have names of electorate within Nnewi had been moved to Obi Umudim Palace for people to go for identification and collection.
