Nigerian rapper, Emeka Akumefule, known professionally as Blaqbonez, shared insights into his performance at a company’s year-end party on Tuesday.
Blaqbonez revealed in a tweet on his X handle on Wednesday, that while performing to a “very mature audience”, he realised how “vulgar” his lyrics were.
The rapper added that the experience was something he would never forget.
His tweet read, “Yesterday, I performed at a company’s end of the year party, very mature audience, that was when I realised how vulgar my lyrics actually were. Looking mummy & daddy in the eye while saying ‘can’t let these f**king b*tches see no emotion’ is something I’d never forget.”
