The 2023 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, Dr. Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has dumped the party.
Adediran announced his intention to leave the party at a news conference on Monday, March 3, in Ikeja, Lagos State.
He said he was quitting the party with his supporters in the 20 local government areas and 37 local council development areas of the state.
He cited indiscipline and anti-party activities, which according to him have become a norm in the PDP, as his reason for resigning from the party.
He did not reveal his next move but said he would do so in the coming months.
