Ace musical star, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known by his stage name Flavour N’abania or simply Flavour, has revealed the secret to his muscular physique, saying he maintains a rigorous routine.
Flavour reveals the routine to former Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka in a podcast set to debut in the new year.
According to Chidoka, the podcast would engage with political, economic, social and moral leaders on some issues of interest to Nigerians.
In the podcast, Chidoka quoted Flavour as saying, “First, I don’t eat in the morning; I drink herbal tea and eat at about 5pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I consume minimal carbs. Third, I work out 2 hours a day.”
Chidoka interjected, wondering if the routine wasn’t harsh. He recalled his experience of keeping fit by intermittent fasting. He said that led to an ulcer at some point.
Flavour explained: “My homemade herbal tea takes care of that; I add condiments that keep ulcers away.”
