#EndBadGovernance protesters storm Ikeja Under Bridge, demand release of all arraigned protesters
A protest has erupted in the Ikeja Under Bridge to demand the release of all Nigerians facing treason charges for participating in the #EndBadGovernance protest.
The protest coincides with the appearance of 11 #EndBadGovernance protesters before a Federal High Court judge in Abuja today, November 8.
The protesters facing charges of treason for complaining about hunger during the August protest include Adaramoye Michael Lenin, Mosiu Sodiq, Daniel Amanda, Angel love Innocent, and others.
The protesters want President Bola Tinubu to drop charges against all the protesters on trial just as he did with the child-protesters a few days ago following global outcry.
The protesters say they would later be marching to the office of the Lagos State Chief Judge to submit their letter of protest because of how the judiciary has become pliant in the hands of politicians.
