The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has granted crossdresser Idris Okuneye better known as Bobrisky bail.
EFCC had arrested and detained Bobrisky on Wednesday night, April 3rd, 2024 at its Lagos command over abuse of naira, spraying of naira notes and currency mutilation.
The commission had invited the 31-year-old following a viral video of him spraying and flaunting wads of new Naira notes at the premiere of a movie, Ajakaju, produced by Eniola Ajao, a Nollywood actress and producer, at Film One Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos on March 24, 2024.
Sources at the commission confirmed that Bobrisky has been granted bail but he is yet to meet the bail conditions for his release.
The bail conditions were however not disclosed.
