Nollywood actress, Ebelle Okaro has celebrated her colleague, Funke Akindele as her movie, A Tribe Called Judah grossed eighty thousand pounds (£80,000) in just four weeks of streaming in the UK.
Recall that the movie grossed over One Billion naira in the Nigeria box office within four weeks of it’s release.
After grossing over a staggering N1 billion in Nigeria within a mere four weeks of release, the movie has now conquered the UK streaming market, raking in an impressive £80,000 within just four weeks on platforms.
The good news was shared by FilmOne distribution, the studio behind the movie.
FilmOne lauded Akindele’s achievement, calling her “a focused Queen” and congratulating her on the UK numbers.
“One and only Big Baller @funkejenifaakindele.Congratulations on your UK Numbers. We love a focused Queen” the movie television studio wrote.
Reacting to this, Ebelle Okaro, who is one of the casts in the movie, prayed for everyone to be favored like Funke Akindele.
