An unnamed woman, identified as Jane Doe, has initiated legal proceedings by filing a federal lawsuit against American music executive and businessman Sean Combs, widely known as Diddy, and his long-time associate, Harve Pierre. The lawsuit centers on an alarming incident of gang rape allegedly perpetrated in 2003 when the accuser was 17 years old.
The complaint contends that the men trafficked her across state lines, provided drugs and alcohol, and subjected her to a violent assault at Diddy’s Manhattan recording studio. The distressing incident reportedly involved a third unidentified individual. Jane Doe is now the fourth woman to sue Diddy, accusing him of sexual abuse within a span of three weeks.
Harve Pierre, the longstanding leader of Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment, is facing a separate lawsuit from an assistant alleging multiple sexual assaults. Diddy denies all allegations, while Pierre and Bad Boy Entertainment, named in the latest complaint, have yet to respond.
In a statement titled ‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,’ Diddy vehemently denies the allegations, stating, “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
Jane Doe alleges meeting Pierre and an unnamed individual at a Detroit lounge when she was 17. Pierre, claiming to be Diddy’s best friend, arranged a call with the artist, who invited her to New York on a private jet. Following the call, Doe claims Pierre demanded oral sex in the lounge’s bathroom. She then joined them on a private jet to Teterboro, New Jersey, before being driven to Diddy’s House Recording Studio.
The complaint includes images reportedly taken at the studio that night, including one where she is seated on Combs’s lap. Doe alleges that at the studio, Diddy and his associates administered drugs and alcohol, leading to a state where consent was impossible.
Jane Doe asserts she was violently raped by Diddy, the unnamed assailant, and Pierre. She decided to step forward after learning about a lawsuit filed by Diddy’s ex-partner, singer Cassandra Ventura (Cassie), alleging a pattern of “abuse, violence, and sex trafficking.”
Diddy settled Cassie’s suit after its filing, emphasizing it wasn’t an admission of wrongdoing. Post-settlement, two more women filed lawsuits against Diddy. Jane Doe lodged the latest suit under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, taking advantage of the lookback window, set to close on March 1, 2025, allowing survivors to file sexual assault claims after the statute of limitations has lapsed.
The sexual assault allegations have led Diddy to step down as chairman of his music company, Revolt.
