Defender of Tinubu’s Chicago certificate, Reno Omokri, gets bashing from netizens after Atiku’s press conference

 

 

 

Netizens have descended on Reno Omokri, a former social media aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan over his consistent stance that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Chicago State University certificate is genuine.

 

The attack on Reno followed the press conference held by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Thursday where he detailed the smoking guns in the disclosure of President Tinubu’s certificate.

 

The smoking guns, according to Atiku in the press conference include the following;

• The Certificate Bola Tinubu submitted to INEC did not emanate from Chicago State University
• The Qualifying Certificate from South West College, Chicago bears female which clearly shows it does not belong to Tinubu.
• In the CSU documents, Tinubu attended Government College Lagos and graduated in 1970. The said school came into existence only in 1974.
• In the CSU document, the student has an American citizenship. Tinubu swore under oath in an INEC form that he does not have any citizenship other than Nigerian citizenship.
• In the CSU document, the initial ‘A’ in Tinubu’s name is Adekunle. Whereas, the ‘A’ in President Tinubu’s name is Ahmed.

 

On X, Reno Omokri has become one of the trends following the press conference by Atiku.

Reno must be crying so hard now, knowing that he’s going to be out of a job for the next 8 years. APC doesn’t want him, PDP has rejected him and the Obidients would never take him.”

@chymaker said: “I thought some of you said @renoomokri is a lawyer and a Pastor? So the staff of a University saying under Oath that the certificate dated 1979 did not emanate from them because they have no record of it has another interpretation in Reno’s dictionary.”
