Alert soldiers on military check points at Itakpe junction, have arrested suspected fake soldiers who were riding in three military coloured vehicles to Okene area of Kogi State.
Okene is the hometown of both the incumbent governor, Yahaya Bello and the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the state, Usman Ododo.
According to a Nation Newspaper report, the soldiers on election duty in Okene, intercepted and arrested the three vehicles posing as security vehicles.
The arrest was effected at Itakpe Junction shortly before Okene main town.
The occupants of the vehicles, upon interrogation, where found to be fake soldiers posing as security personnel on election duty.
