A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has struck out the illegal gun possession charge filed against the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.
The court struck out the charge following an application by the Prosecution.
Emefiele was also set to be arraigned today along with a lady, Ramallan Yaro, on a N6.9 billion fraud. The matter was stepped down because of the absence of the second defendant, Yaro.
